NITS Facilitated multiple sessions during the 2013 Administrators' Leadership Conference for Buffalo Public Schools. These sessions showcased the Say Yes Student Management System (SYSMS), designed and developed by NITS on behalf of Say Yes to Education Buffalo.

Student Management System
The Student Management System is designed to aggregate survey data from students, their teachers, and parents or guardians with that from BPS's attendance, disciplinary, and academic data to produce individual student growth plans. These plans identify where a young person is struggling so that their teachers, Student Support Teams, and site facilitators can connect them with services and supports to get them on track to be successful in school.
